Over the past ten years, I have been actively involved with teaching Pilates to people of all ages and abilities. It is so fulfilling to help individuals overcome difficulties from injuries or conditions that have restricted the lifestyle they would like to have. I am lucky to work in such a fulfilling environment. Coming from a dance background has helped me to understand the way movement needs to approached. My journey is ongoing and I hope to be part of yours.
